With over two decades of experience in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe and California, Chef Marcus Thorne returned to his roots to establish Terra & Vine. His approach combines rigorous classical technique with a revolutionary focus on hyper-locality. Marcus is often found at 5 AM in the local markets, selecting the day's inspiration by scent and touch.
